Everything Landing This Month: The Provider Portal Goes Live, Plus a Wave of New Features
July is the biggest month yet for PANDAS Tracker. The web-based Provider Portal officially launches, alongside Smart Insights, a Unified Timeline, a new Lab Results tab, guided sharing authorization, returning Magic Links, and Bluetooth device integration through Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect.
The Provider Portal Is Officially Launching
The Provider Portal is a web-based dashboard built for the clinicians on your child's care team, pediatricians, PANDAS/PANS specialists, therapists, and anyone else you choose to invite. Providers sign in from a browser, no app download required, and see exactly the information you have chosen to share.
- Connect With Your Providers, invite any member of your child's care team with a controlled, revocable invitation.
- Insurance-Ready Documentation, generate clinician-ready and insurer-ready reports directly from the Provider Portal.
- You stay in control of what is shared and with whom, and you can remove access at any time.
Scheduled to be live on the web-based Provider Portal by July 31, 2026.
Smart Insights and a Unified Timeline
Smart Insights surfaces patterns in your child's tracked history, correlations between symptom flares and exposures, medication timing, and seasonal trends. The Unified Timeline pulls symptoms, treatments, exposures, and notes into a single chronological view. Both have completed development and are in final testing, scheduled for Android and iOS by July 31, 2026.
Quick Log & Device Integration
Voice journaling lets you speak an entry out loud. PANDAS Tracker records it, shows you exactly what it picked up, and files the relevant details into the right areas of your child's record, symptoms, treatments, triggers, and notes, with a chance to review and edit before it's saved. Processing happens inside a secure Google environment, and the full audio recording is deleted immediately afterward, only the information relevant to the medical record is kept, protecting privacy and keeping the record accurate. NFC tag logging is also in final testing. New this round: once authorized, PANDAS Tracker connects with Apple HealthKit on iOS and Google Health Connect on Android, so readings from Bluetooth-connected thermometers, blood pressure cuffs, and smart scales flow automatically into a dedicated Vitals tab. Scheduled for Android and iOS by July 31, 2026.
A New Lab Results Tab, Built From the Reports You Already Have
You will be able to upload a lab report, a PDF or a photo, from any lab, clinic, or hospital, not just MyChart. PANDAS Tracker reads the report and pulls the test names, values, and dates into a new Lab Results tab. This organizes information already on the report, it does not interpret results or draw clinical conclusions. Once you share with a provider through the Provider Portal, lab results sync over automatically. This feature has completed development and testing and is scheduled to launch by late July 2026.
A Guided, HIPAA-Style Authorization Before You Share
Before anything is shared, you are walked through exactly what you are sharing, why, and which provider or clinic you are sharing it with, then you review and digitally sign an authorization in the app, similar to the paper consent forms used at a doctor's office, just shorter and fully digital. A signed copy is automatically placed in the Provider Portal for that provider, no faxing or emailing required. This feature has completed development and testing and is scheduled to launch alongside the Provider Portal by July 31, 2026.
Magic Links Are Coming Back
Now that the Provider Portal is live, Magic Link sharing is returning: a secure, time-limited link you can generate in seconds and hand to any provider or care team, no PANDAS Tracker account or app download required on their end. One use case: in an emergency room visit, hand over a Magic Link instead of reconstructing your child's history from memory, so the care team can see relevant symptoms, medications, and recent flares immediately, regardless of whether they use PANDAS Tracker. Scheduled for Android and iOS by July 31, 2026.
Smart Notifications
Medication reminders are already live. Pattern alerts and weekly summary digests are in final testing, scheduled by July 31, 2026.
Also in Progress: Epic and MyChart Integration
Direct integration with Epic and MyChart is in development and testing phase, with a firm timeline to follow.
